Our Svastha programs emphasize the importance of a sattvic (pure and balanced) diet, which includes fresh, wholesome, and nutritious foods that nourish the body and mind and which promote the balance of the Tridoshas (Kapha, Pitta & Vayu). We enable you to explore the world of herbal supplements and medicine as a preventive health measure for overall health, thus lessening the dependence on chemical based medicines with it’s inevitable side effects.
In addition, we offer workshops and consultations on Ayurvedic principles by experts and qualified Doctors who provide guidance on living in harmony with nature’s rhythms.
Participants learn about their unique constitutional type (dosha) and receive personalized recommendations for diet, lifestyle, and herbal remedies to maintain optimal health and balance.
